Sophie Rees is a senior from Charleston, SC studying English and Psychology. She played the Genie in Aladdin in 5th grade and has been chasing that high ever since. Through performing on stage as Magenta in Rocky Horror Show and Veronica in Heathers: The Musical to singing with the jazz band on campus, Sophie is a huge fan of the arts at Duke. At any given moment, you can find Sophie watching pretentious movies, listening to dad music, or messing around at rehearsal.
